VERY prompt Customer Service line I waited less than a minute. My last trash and recycling hauler had long wait lines, Ai scanners on trucks stuffing my invoice, AND they incentivized drivers to add fees to my bill. Talk about corrupt across the industry. LRS DOES NOT DO THIS! So happy to be with a trusted trash and recycling hauler. No complaints and will refer my friends and family to them confidently. 🙂

Do not do business with this company. I signed a contract with Advanced Disposal in 2019. LRS bought them out a year or two ago. Since then they have raised my price 300%. There are fees on the bill that did not exist before they are simply making things up to charge more. I asked to cancel the contract which was signed in 2019. They told it me automatically renewed for another 5 years in 2024 and they want approximately $3000 to cancel it. When I complained they had their lawyer contact me and threaten to take me to court.... read more

I’ve been very pleased with the consistent and reliable service provided by LRS. The team is always punctual and courteous. Communication is clear, and any questions I’ve had were promptly addressed by their helpful customer service staff. Highly recommended!

Affordable prices and extremely helpful. They were able to deliver a porta rental same day and their prices are lower than anywhere else I called. Highly recommend. Thank you!
