Do not do business with this company. I signed a contract with Advanced Disposal in 2019. LRS bought them out a year or two ago. Since then they have raised my price 300%. There are fees on the bill that did not exist before they are simply making things up to charge more. I asked to cancel the contract which was signed in 2019. They told it me automatically renewed for another 5 years in 2024 and they want approximately $3000 to cancel it. VERY prompt Customer Service line I waited less than a minute. My last trash and recycling hauler had long wait lines, Ai scanners on trucks stuffing my invoice, AND they incentivized drivers to add fees to my bill. Talk about corrupt across the industry. LRS DOES NOT DO THIS! So happy to be with a trusted trash and recycling hauler. No complaints and will refer my friends and family to them confidently. 🙂

Rented a Porta-Potty for our parents 50th Anniversary party. Drop off was earlier than expected, by 3 days which gave us a piece of mind! They were also one of the more reasonably priced companies! Unfortunately, the day before the party, we found that there was dried feces under the toilet seat that we had to clean ourselves. I emailed them and they refunded me a decent amount for the inconvenience. Very easy to deal with and everyone i talked to was friendly! Recommend!
