Very frustrated. LRS came out and picked up and managed to destroy part of my yard and broke the can by bending the axle and wheels got ripped off . -I am still not sure how they managed this mess-Called and reported and had to send pictures on 07/30. 2 days later I’ve yet to hear anything. I call in-I’m upset of course!- and ask when I am going to hear from someone. Service has been getting horrible over the past few years. Seems like every holiday they don't pick up our garbage (yes I realize they skip a day a pick up the day after). This thanksgiving week. We put the garbage out 6 pm on Thanksgiving for the next morning. Yes had snow but neighbors got out and plowed the road. My father has the same service, same route, they picked up his garbage but not anyone on my road. So we waited a week. Edit: this morning, I received a phone call back from Jason at LRS. He was very accommodating and apologized for the issues. He also gave us a good rate and Added credits to take off the service fee, the manual payment fee, and the erroneous 91 day late fee. I appreciate the quick response to my review and for making it right. We have not had any problems with their trash pickup service. Thank you to Jason for his assistance! Want to give a great shout out to Beverly. I called yesterday with invoice questions regarding annual payment, vacation shut off and balance due. She was very thorough, competent and provided best customer service with politeness and accuracy. She is worth her weight and gold to the company. Thank you Beverly for your professionalism.
The garbage pickup is outstanding, however, good luck with talking to someone in the states. They reroute all calls overseas, and you can barely understand the representative. When I asked to be transferred to the local office as I was instructed per a Manager at the local office about six months ago, they (the overseas Rep) hung up on me. I’ve left numerous messages for a call back and have yet to receive one. I just had a simple question on my account, and was put on hold for over 10 minutes.
