Very frustrated. LRS came out and picked up and managed to destroy part of my yard and broke the can by bending the axle and wheels got ripped off . -I am still not sure how they managed this mess-Called and reported and had to send pictures on 07/30. 2 days later I’ve yet to hear anything. I call in-I’m upset of course!- and ask when I am going to hear from someone. The garbage pickup is outstanding, however, good luck with talking to someone in the states. They reroute all calls overseas, and you can barely understand the representative. When I asked to be transferred to the local office as I was instructed per a Manager at the local office about six months ago, they (the overseas Rep) hung up on me. I’ve left numerous messages for a call back and have yet to receive one. I just had a simple question on my account, and was put on hold for over 10 minutes. AVOID THIS TRASH SERVICE AT ALL COSTS !!! This place is so incompetent they sent the bill to our homes previous owner after numerous call, emails, and snail mails informing them he no longer owned this home , but they still debited my wife's bank account for payment. We cancelled our service , it has now been over 2 months and they still have not picked up their dumpster. I even had a date scheduled for pickup but no pick up happened. I am a customer of LRS for about 8 years and have Had absolutely no problems with the company. They pick up my trash on the day they are supposed to and that says a lot about the people that dispatch and keep all the trucks on the road at there proper days and times. That makes my life in turn much easier.
Before LRS bought them out I had Michiana Recycling. My bill was cheaper and we had recycling. As soon as LRS bought them, my bill went up and we no longer have the opportunity to recycle. What changed that recycling is no longer available in my area? Additionally, auto-pay was enforced or an up-charge would be added to my bill. Then I lost the ability through the online system to edit my auto-pay method. You have to call in and wait at least 15 minutes for someone to answer the phone to do that now.
