Been a paying customer for 23 years. Returned home from work on pickup day to find my trash can in the middle of my driveway and my basketball hoop bent beyond repair. Called lrs to complain, instead of admitting they damaged my property and compensating me the $400 to replace my hoop, Ron from Lrs called my township to find out if my hoop was legal. Do yourself a favor and use ANY other service if you have any other option. I signed up for trash and yard service with this company in July. They failed to deliver my bin and claimed that they couldn't find my home. I spoke with them to get this corrected. After 3 weeks from when I paid for service, I had a single bin. I called to ask where my yard service bin was. They informed me that I had misunderstood and yard service would only take leaves and grass clippings that were properly placed in paper bags (that I supplied)... read more
Lady on the phone was very pleasant. I'm not even a customer but one of their trash bins ended up in my yard. I called 4 times and several emails to come get their bin and each time I was told it was scheduled for pick up that day. Weeks later it finally was removed. They are about as useless as the trash they pick up. I was going to switch companys from my provider but I'm glad this happened. I would recommend anyone considering using this company to avoid it at all costs. Ever since they bought out the old company it has been a complete crap show. At least one week a month our trash was not picked up yet we were continued to be charged full cost. I finally got fed up with them and canceled my service. When I canceled I was told it could take up to two weeks for the cans to be picked up, it has now been between 3 and 4 weeks and they are still sitting at the end of my driveway. Their billing is terrible. Their employees are incompetent at best. Their communication about service is abysmal. I canceled service and switched to Borden's because I had three separate phone conversations setting up my automatic billing and STILL received alerts about my auto-withdrawal failing because they did not put it in their system correctly.
