For one I have been reaching out for hours today hours since 9:30 this morning it is 12:26 right now I have been hung up on, nobody is answering the phone when you call them you get loud pitches to where you can't hear what they're saying. We have had nothing but problems with them they do not pick their garbage up on a routine basis. We have not had our garbage picked up since the 13th of January they blame it on the weather when they're just don't want to pick it up. As of 2/12/26, I am writing this review as of our experience with the service in the last few months. We have found it super frustrating to have any conversation with the company. Just this week alone, I have called five times and left voicemails after being on hold for 30 minutes at a time. Still no one has returned my calls. Further more, while the rest of us have to go work in these winter conditions and shovel to have our driveway prepped for them, they claim on their messages when you call that our trash is not being p... read more
I have never, not once been able to talk to an actual person at LRS. Calls go to a payment system, emails go unanswered. There are zero prices online. I had a different company that got merged with LRS that had outstanding customer service and I could call and get a local person immediately. I will say the driver is super nice and even came back around one morning to get it after I put it out after his initial run around my block. But I may just have a great driver and I don't take that as a reflection of the company.
Very disappointed in this company. We have had two missed pickups in the last month. We pay for a weekly pickup and yet have received no credit for the two missed pickups. We have tried to contact them and got no response on this matter. Our whole neighborhood and surrounding areas are not getting their trash picked up either. It’s starting to accumulate at the end of driveways everywhere in the Buchanan area. We’re getting no feedback on why there is a delay meanwhile we’re being charged for full service. If you live in the Niles area, please do yourself a favor and don’t hire LRS to remove your trash and recycling. They have missed three of the last four recycling pickups we paid for in advance. When I submit missed pickup reports (as requested) I don’t receive a response. When I call, I sit on hold for over 20 minutes or more… if I’m lucky.
