When this company was Michiana Recycling the service was great! Whenever I called the office they answered right away or returned my call. Now that i5s LRS, totally different story! March our driver slammed our can down on the driveway after emptying it and broke the wheel off. I have left two messages online and called and left messages three times. I have never gotten any response. I just want a new trash can. Im not a fan Bordens, but Im basically to the point where Im ready to switch services.
Do Not Use these people ordered trash service on 6/29/27 said service would start 6/6/26 but no bin can't use their service without a bin, called this morning my bin went to another address, so I start looking up reviews after being on hold for ever and Jason can't figure out how to talk or how to answer questions about what reviews are saying and wanting assurance before I continue with said services. Jason wanted to become an asshole so I asked for a refund and will not be using them.

they didn't pick up my trash tried to call only to be put on hold all 7 times no one answered after average of 20 to30 minutes not behind on payment never did get a hold of any one never had a problem when it was owned by michana reclying will be moving on to a better company there service sucks
