Disservice. I had to call Their service everyday in NE Rochester. I have to make a phone call every week from my house piling up from trash. Even customer service said they will bring a driver the next day. Never came. Even though she said they “did come sir”. Then why is my garbage can still full? DO NOT GO WITH THIS SERVICE.They’re dishonest, try it otherwise if you don’t believe me. I’d rather pay 10 bucks more per month for my trash to be picked up.

Great pickup service. Never missed. Billing communication is terrible. They don’t respond to emails. When I called to questioned a fee, it was for a missed payment for a bill that I never received. I have had nothing but issues with their billing practices.

I recently called LRS to cancel my service and asked about the cost of returning their garbage cans. I was told it would be $25, which seemed reasonable. However, I later received a bill for $78! When I called to clarify, I was informed that the price was for both cans plus taxes, which was never mentioned during the initial call. This experience felt misleading and frustrating. The communication was unclear, and the charges were far higher than expected. I hope LRS improves their customer service and provides clearer infor... read more

The best advice I can give to anyone in Rochester, MN, is simple: do not purchase this company's service, because you will surely regret it. They will charge you for things you are not informed about. For instance, they charged me $66.94 for something that was never mentioned when I signed up for their service—picking up their garbage cans. When I called to ask about this, they kept giving excuses instead of clear answers.

I wish there was a way I could give them negative score! these guys lost customers and ethics! they charge my card $76 for collecting their own cans after I canceled my contract with them! No wonder why your rating is so low! $25 dollars for each can removal and about $26 tax?!!!! that stealing money from people! I should have never trusted your company with my card info! thats stealing money!
