Once again LRS doesn’t pick up. U call and talk to rude people. I agree with the other reviews. No customer service!! Last time I waited all week til my next pick up. Thanksgiving is at the end of this week and I sit with all the grass bags in my front lawn. Yup nasty girl answered this morning and I understand my village even called and asked them to pick up. They are still out there. This will go all over social media if these don’t get picked up soon!!!

LRS is not only the worst waste management company, but it's probably the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They deserve a negative 5 stars. ALL the workers are rude. You sit on old hold forever, only to be spoken down, too. They give you excuse after excuse as to why they can't do what they are supposed to do, like manage garbage! No customer service, when you call you’re in a forever loop of hold music. I hung up after 30 minutes. Hope we saved a lot of $ by switching to these guys, Schaumburg.

If I could give zero I would. Lazy workers, can't seem to get garbage, or do there job. Wish our area still had WM.
