LRS is not only the worst waste management company, but it's probably the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They deserve a negative 5 stars. ALL the workers are rude. You sit on old hold forever, only to be spoken down, too. They give you excuse after excuse as to why they can't do what they are supposed to do, like manage garbage! No customer service, when you call you’re in a forever loop of hold music. I hung up after 30 minutes. Hope we saved a lot of $ by switching to these guys, Schaumburg.

If I could give zero I would. Lazy workers, can't seem to get garbage, or do there job. Wish our area still had WM.
2 weeks since I requested the containers and still nothing. Every time I call they say it’s scheduled to deliver today and nothing. The worst waste company in the country
