Do not do business with this company. I signed a contract with Advanced Disposal in 2019. LRS bought them out a year or two ago. Since then they have raised my price 300%. There are fees on the bill that did not exist before they are simply making things up to charge more. I asked to cancel the contract which was signed in 2019. They told it me automatically renewed for another 5 years in 2024 and they want approximately $3000 to cancel it. When I complained they had their lawyer contact me and threaten to take me to court.... read more
Made 3 previous phone calls regarding discarding a sofa. Spoke with a representative in St Cloud who was able to provide me with cost, setting up pick up and payment. Friendly, and helpful, Thank you
