LRS is a joke and deserves to go out of business. We had Sunshine for years and never had a problem. LRS takes over and hikes the price up exhorbitantly, switches to quarterly billing, cannot maintain consistent pickups, and then just starts taking payments whenever suits them. Made the switch to Carter's after the last billing issue and was told they would immediately process a refund only for nothing 2 weeks later. Sunshine was great, but this switch was terrible. Cans not fully emptied and wheels broken. Due to cost increased we switched. Best decision, but LRS got the last laugh as we were charged over $76 for the 2 can pickup. When I called for such a charge, the receptionist was nothing but rude. Avoid until there is a huge work ethic and service change. We should have been warned of hidden fees when they switched over from Sunshine and pre-existing customers shouldn't have been screwed over like this. Do better LRS.
Absolutely horrible customer service, and price gauging compared to every other company in the area. Somehow our bill, at a church, went up $184.33 in a one month time span with no explanation. Don't try getting one either, the game they play is that they just don't respond. We had Sunshine Sanitation/LRS after they purchased it. We ended our service with LRS after our bill increased consistently over a period of time and haven’t had their services for close to six months now. Today, the general manager, David Meyer, took it upon himself to inappropriately access our information months after ending service, find my wife’s cell phone number, and call her directly from his personal cell phone and harass her about a very normal Facebook post that she made about people talking about trash removal se... read more
This is a terrible company. I have had professional and residential dealings with them. They buy out contracts from other companies, raised prices, and then try to force you to either complete the term of the contract (that you didn't make with their company or at their pricing) or buy out at exorbitant rates. I assume they engage in these awful business practices because of how terrible their service is, and it is terrible.
