Sunshine was great, but this switch was terrible. Cans not fully emptied and wheels broken. Due to cost increased we switched. Best decision, but LRS got the last laugh as we were charged over $76 for the 2 can pickup. When I called for such a charge, the receptionist was nothing but rude. Avoid until there is a huge work ethic and service change. We should have been warned of hidden fees when they switched over from Sunshine and pre-existing customers shouldn't have been screwed over like this. Do better LRS.

Worst company I have dealt with. Had Sunshine Sanitation for years then LRS takes over and the most rude people with high ego. Only received one invoice from them in two months and they suspended our service without notice saying we were late on payments. They only sent us one invoice and we paid it within a week of getting it. Many people I talked to experienced same or similar events with them and instead of being decent and calling or sending a notice out they just cancel you. Absolutely horrible customer service, and price gauging compared to every other company in the area. Somehow our bill, at a church, went up $184.33 in a one month time span with no explanation. Don't try getting one either, the game they play is that they just don't respond. According to them, "We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of quality for our customers." More expensive than other carriers, their garbage trucks are the loudest, they only pick up recycling every-other week (unlike others), and to top it off the customer service/ office staff is EXTREMELY rude and off-putting for no reason whatsoever. Oh, and I forgot to add that their billing practices are unacceptable. They bill you whenever they feel like it and switched to quarterly billing without notice, plus they have raised their prices so much. Very Expensive. I had stuck with them after the Sunshine switchover. I had just finished paying a late bill in full, after being in the hospital. Just got a text saying my bill was overdue for 78$. This is crazy, billing is strange and erratic.
