Trash wasn’t picked up I called they told me the driver was running late. It’s 10pm so I guess I’m giving up on today we will see tomorrow

Services were never rendered on the day of event. We should have been a priority but instead they told us they could not deliver one. Did not refund our money when they said they would. Still waiting on it. Matt is the manager that was on duty. Save your money, do not book with them. Absolutely unprofessional and such a disservice. Thank you SERVICE SANITATION for getting to us last minute and so quickly.

Still haven't gotten ahold of after leaving multiple messages have been waiting for a portable toilet to picked up for 2 weeks now

Ever since the switch from Michiana, the service has gone downhill. Everything from our driver to customer service. Our trash has been delayed more than once, our driver has no regard for where he’s throwing the barrels, whether they land in the middle of the road or on the grass. There is trash all over the road and in our yard. He acts like he is unable to pick up trash bags out of barrels.
