Dear LSI Team, I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the excellent service your crew provided yesterday, April 22, 2025, at Chelsea Place Apartments in Murfreesboro (Building I). A younger gentleman from your team was using a leaf blower and, without me even having to ask, took the time to clear off the sticks and pollen pods that had accumulated on my Audi parked under a tree. Company is non responsive when you have an issue with them. At first the landscaping supervisor was receptive, after bringing another issue to his attention I began to be ignored. I called the main office and did not receive a call back or anything. I recommend taking your money elsewhere where they value your business.
This driver on 1/31/19 roughly 10:30am in charter 568 has been on his phone texting the entire time from Cool Springs Blvd, through MacHatcher pkwy, and down Hillsboro into Franklin for over 6 miles almost hit me and 2 other cars and was swerving off the road the entire time... This is unacceptable in general let alone with a salt attachment. Very dissapointing because these are the guys that drive through our neighbors daily with our kids playing outside. We have been a long time client of theirs and they do great work! They are super charitable with great hearts, helping one of our employees with her landscaping as her husband is deployed at no cost. Amazing people ( especially Jimmy)! Thanks LSI!
Updating this review to add a shout out to Mike Lord, Michael Williams, and Tracey Whipple, 3 of LSI's finest! They are awesome to work with and are very responsive. They understand how difficult it can be to make myself and all the homeowners I manage happy. These 3 go the extra mile to make that happen.
