If I could give them less stars I would! Inconsistent job, damaged my property, act as though they are in a race of some sort to finish. Uneven grass, not attentive to detail, and damaged my property. I will not leave a review unless the experience was great or totally off! Believe my words and find business elsewhere! Check my photos out!!!!!!
My experience with LSI was great! They stand behind their work. If it isn’t correct, they will correct it. They have done a good job in my neighborhood. I would recommend them. Also, Sean S. with LSI is great.
Adding to other concerns about driving safety: one of LSI’s drivers hit our parked truck, causing significant damage, and left the scene in a hit-and-run. The incident was witnessed, captured on camera, and a police report has been filed. Use caution!
Dear LSI Team, I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the excellent service your crew provided yesterday, April 22, 2025, at Chelsea Place Apartments in Murfreesboro (Building I). A younger gentleman from your team was using a leaf blower and, without me even having to ask, took the time to clear off the sticks and pollen pods that had accumulated on my Audi parked under a tree. Would not recommend. Their staff drive company vehicles very aggressively & recklessly without care to anyone else. Your Malibu had your company logo on the side. I should have let your driver hit me....
