Nurses were very responsive and kind to my mother. The staff was always smiling and pleasant when I went to visit. I was updated regularly about her care. Overall, a great experience and my mother is regaining her independence now.

Horrible experience at "CareNone" Had to beg for updates and even told our family member was stable when he had multiple bouts of diarrhea and they were testing for C.diff.. The facility dropped the ball with the Neurology consult, lamely stating that "Dr.K was on medical leave since March 30th". Well, the patient arrived March 14th!! How is a patient with an anoxic brain injury not evaluated by Neurology in the first 24 hours of admission to a LTACH facility? The facility actually set him back with this delay of care. After... read more

Well, on their clock after requested restraints for my family members safety, a mitt was placed on patients hand. 3 days later, patient was able to pull out their trake from their neck. That was March 14. March 12 the trake was put in. Now for about 5 days my family member is struggling with secretions, breathing difficulty and can't speak as he could before. Will not listen to my request to send him back to prior hospital to re insert trake that they attempted right after patient pulled his out. I asked same day, why not se... read more

This was the worst care I have ever seen. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not bring your loved ones here, especially if it is urgent. They have no sense of urgency. The staff is unorganized and does not communicate. Communication is the main issue I believe. Some nurses and doctors have been nice but only four out of the many. My grandfather was suppose to get his medication every three hours and we had to tell them several times before they would actually come and do it. The medication was also mixed up in the system... read more

I was admitted to CareOne from another hospital after a medical emergency - one of the single worst decisions made on my behalf in my life. I was in control of all faculties and worked my job of 18 years up to the day before admission. Within one hour of my arrival to CareOne I requested that the ambulance return me to the prior hospital. It was very clear that the highest priority at Care One is securing the Benjamins, not patient care. From the top down the narrative lacked truth. I will be more direct - there were o... read more
