I was admitted to CareOne from another hospital after a medical emergency - one of the single worst decisions made on my behalf in my life. I was in control of all faculties and worked my job of 18 years up to the day before admission. Within one hour of my arrival to CareOne I requested that the ambulance return me to the prior hospital. This was the worst care I have ever seen. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not bring your loved ones here, especially if it is urgent. They have no sense of urgency. The staff is unorganized and does not communicate. Communication is the main issue I believe. Some nurses and doctors have been nice but only four out of the many. My grandfather was suppose to get his medication every three hours and we had to tell them several times before they would actually come and do it. Sending my father to Care One at St Peter’s was the best decision we made for his recovery. He was in critical condition when he arrived and within a week his progress was just a miracle because of the amazing staff. Every single doctor, nurse, staff member were just so good to my dad and my family. He would not be where he is at with his recovery if it wasn’t for incredible care and therapy he received here. Also the whole hospital is beautiful and so clean.
If i can give it a 10 star i would amazing great people, respiratory jason his a great, kind, person helped my mom get off go high flow in 3 weeks. Marybeth great nurse great person that cared so much for my mom. All the Staff unbelievable has meetings every couple of days about patients, nurses not aids cleans the patients 2-3 times a day. My dad was a patient here after being hospitalized for months due to COVID. The care he received at CareOne St. Peter's was phenomenal. The staff were not only very professional and knowledgeable, but they were also compassionate and dedicated. My dad was ventilator and dialysis dependent when he was admitted there and upon discharge he was off dialysis and decannulated and breathing normally.
