I highly recommend CareOne LTACH at Trinitas Regional Medical Center. The level of care provided here is truly exceptional. The medical, nursing, respiratory, and therapy teams are all highly skilled and work collaboratively to support patients with complex medical needs. I have to share the positive experience my family had here at CareOne. The staff was very supportive, kind and caring. My loved one improved significantly and we are very appreciative of the care that was provided. Thank you for everything you do!!

I wouldn’t recommend. I regret ever sending my mother there. The marketing person, Marilyn; she made all these fake promises and claims about the care my mom would receive. It was all a lie. The doctors and social worker truly don’t care. They never tried to ween my mother, and getting updates from the doctor was like pulling teeth. They're understaffed. Some of the staff was helpful, kind and took their job seriously.

Would not recommend. We truly believed my dad would receive better care at Care One, but unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing. Communication was almost nonexistent — after the initial contact, follow-up was rare. While some staff members were kind, others clearly lacked commitment to their jobs. One of the most alarming incidents was when my dad was transferred without his catheter, and the new rehab facility wasn't even informed. With the exception of a few PCT and nurses. We thought it was a good place. We knew it got some bad reviews, and I feel horrible for not listening to them. I am disappointed in Sumia They walk you around and show you such a clean area, which is nice. But I personally think my loved ones' conditions got worse there
