I wouldn’t recommend. I regret ever sending my mother there. The marketing person, Marilyn; she made all these fake promises and claims about the care my mom would receive. It was all a lie. The doctors and social worker truly don’t care. They never tried to ween my mother, and getting updates from the doctor was like pulling teeth. They're understaffed. Some of the staff was helpful, kind and took their job seriously.

With the exception of a few PCT and nurses. We thought it was a good place. We knew it got some bad reviews, and I feel horrible for not listening to them. I am disappointed in Sumia They walk you around and show you such a clean area, which is nice. But I personally think my loved ones' conditions got worse there

Would not recommend. We truly believed my dad would receive better care at Care One, but unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing. Communication was almost nonexistent — after the initial contact, follow-up was rare. While some staff members were kind, others clearly lacked commitment to their jobs. One of the most alarming incidents was when my dad was transferred without his catheter, and the new rehab facility wasn't even informed. My brother-in-law has been there for almost a month. Nurse Rita A. is an angel. She calls my wife every time she is my brother-in-law's nurse to give her updates. My wife told me that she can sleep knowing that her brother is in good hands when Nurse Rita is working. The unit secretary, who is Filipino, is very polite, professional, and always welcomes us. The case manager is so nice, professional, and very approachable. God bless them all for their hard work. I just want to thank them.

My brother just got there a week ago and found out he has a yeast infection on the groin. When I went there, where they said he had that infection is so dirty. I saw dried stool and it looks like they have not washed him since he got there. You have nurses who don't come to the room I have to go to the nursing station to find out who have him. He's on isolation there's no bins or a specific hamper for soiled linens. So much to say already and he's only been there for a week. I just can't. Only God can help him.
