We had a great experience taking delivery of our pre-owned Lucid Air Grand Touring. It was quite a surprise to actually have a personalized unveiling for a used vehicle! Amazing customer service from start to finish. Our attendant delivered a true white-glove experience and made the whole visit feel seamless and professional. I was very pleased with Samantha and the entire delivery process. There was a lot to take in, and she gave me exactly the right amount of information to get started, knowing I could pick up the rest as I settled in. She clearly understands how overwhelming delivery day can be and guided me through it with confidence and clarity. Samantha was courteous, patient, and thoroughly professional throughout. Stunning vehicle marred by disappointing service and lack of accountability. While the Lucid Air Touring remains a phenomenal piece of engineering three years into ownership, the ownership experience is being severely undercut by poor service logistics. Living 200 miles from a service center requires a high level of trust, which is declining steadily.
