I had a great experience during my visit to Lucid Motors in Roswell. The staff was courteous and friendly. Bennet was professional and informative, he answered my questions about the Lucid Gravity and gave me a walk around the vehicle. Inside he walked me through the controls and layout of the screens. Lucid Service Center in Roswell is great. I had a fluid leak, likely pink battery coolant noted on Sunday morning. I called the service center in Roswell on Sunday and left a message. Bianca called me around 9:30 on Monday morning and arranged for a flatbed pickup of my Lucid Air GT from Nashville to Atlanta on Wednesday. We had an amazing experience at the Lucid Service Center Roswell. Taha took us on our first Lucid Air test drive and provided some of the best customer service we’ve ever received. We ended up purchasing the car and picking it up here, with Taha guiding us through delivery. Consistently outstanding service—he’s absolutely a keeper!
This place looks small from the outside but the building goes deep and is much bigger on the inside than I would have imagined. The Lucid staff was all very friendly and knowledgeable and not pushy like you may experience from other car dealerships.
Test dive of the Lucid Gravity. Pleasant surprise. Very smooth, clean accents. Luxury leather interior and total dual touch screen controls. I must add that the experience would not be complete without the most informative Lucid Ambassador, Ta’aHaa’. He was very knowledgeable, professional and wrapped up the whole experience.
