Lucid Service Center in Roswell is great. I had a fluid leak, likely pink battery coolant noted on Sunday morning. I called the service center in Roswell on Sunday and left a message. Bianca called me around 9:30 on Monday morning and arranged for a flatbed pickup of my Lucid Air GT from Nashville to Atlanta on Wednesday. She called me when the car arrived safely and arranged for a rental while my car was being serviced. Very punctual and professional. I look forward to getting my repaired car back soon! Test dive of the Lucid Gravity. Pleasant surprise. Very smooth, clean accents. Luxury leather interior and total dual touch screen controls. I must add that the experience would not be complete without the most informative Lucid Ambassador, Ta’aHaa’. He was very knowledgeable, professional and wrapped up the whole experience.
We had an amazing experience at the Lucid Service Center Roswell. Taha took us on our first Lucid Air test drive and provided some of the best customer service we’ve ever received. We ended up purchasing the car and picking it up here, with Taha guiding us through delivery. Consistently outstanding service—he’s absolutely a keeper!
This place looks small from the outside but the building goes deep and is much bigger on the inside than I would have imagined. The Lucid staff was all very friendly and knowledgeable and not pushy like you may experience from other car dealerships.
This review is from my experience with a Demo drive of a Lucid Gravity. Specifically, the help and knowledge from Taha Eljaam. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and patient with my many questions. Everyone I have met in the Atlanta Lucid team has been great, but I really got a lot out of my demo drive with Taha. When my BMW iX lease is up, the Lucid Gravity is in my top 2 for my next roadtripping EV! Thanks
