Try getting a service appointment. I got a Lucid Gravity delivered from this location in Dec. on the date of delivery they were installing something like a hub cap on the left rear wheel and I did not make much of it. Turns out that cap keeps popping off. I’ve had so many issues with the software. Their own customer care team was not able to hear me when I was talking to them.
