My experience with Silvano, and other members of the Lucid team, was exceptional. Promptly helped with my charger cord exam and replacement. Changed out windshield wiper blades for free. Silvano was such a professional. So well mannered and pleasant. Went out of his way to ensure I had all my questions answered and car needs were met. Such a great team.

Wow what a great experience Lucid provided me and my family when we recently stopped by for a test drive. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by multiple helpful sales reps. They didn't hesitate to show my wife and daughter who were awe struck with the Gravity, all the cool features of the car and how to use them. By the time we left my wife went from wanting a Rivian R1S to wanting a Gravity. Hmm, like I didn't see that coming a mile away. Bottom line: Phenomenal experience at Seattle Lucid.

The level of service at Lucid’s Deattle Service Center is unparalleled! I have owned by Air Dream for 3.5 years, and have had to call on the Seattle Service Center several times. Their responsiveness is the best, and they always minimize the inconvenience.
