Strike one. Needed to get my new pre-owned Lucid Air inspected in Maryland. The inspector needed brake rotor specs from Lucid Service center to get my car inspected. So we (myself the driver and the State Inspector) reached out. We were told by the Service Center representative that Lucid can’t provide the information the state inspector needed. Purchased my first EV this week and chose the Lucid Air. Couldn’t be happier with the car, which is an amazing feet of automotive engineering but wanted to spend a second talking about delivery. Incredible experience! I went in to get some general information and ended up taking a test drive! The consultant James was awesome, we took a grand touring model around the block and it is no joke. If you are considering an ev vehicle definitely take a look at what Lucid has to offer, and if you are close to this location drop in they are great!
BEWARE!!!!! Please check into their Service Department before buying/leasing. We have two Lucid Airs. One of them has the steering wheel lock as we were trying to leave a parking garage. We were stuck. Lucid sent a tow truck. This was Thursday. Today is Saturday and we called to get a status on the repair and to get the loaner we were told we get.
