Strike one. Needed to get my new pre-owned Lucid Air inspected in Maryland. The inspector needed brake rotor specs from Lucid Service center to get my car inspected. So we (myself the driver and the State Inspector) reached out. We were told by the Service Center representative that Lucid can’t provide the information the state inspector needed. Purchased a new Lucid Gravity from Reza and very excited to own this new model. While the vehicle is pretty amazing so far Immediately after purchasing the vehicle had an issue setting up the homelink with our garage doors. The issue is a QR code on the display that says to call service department. Purchased my first EV this week and chose the Lucid Air. Couldn’t be happier with the car, which is an amazing feet of automotive engineering but wanted to spend a second talking about delivery. BEWARE!!!!! Please check into their Service Department before buying/leasing. We have two Lucid Airs. One of them has the steering wheel lock as we were trying to leave a parking garage. We were stuck. Lucid sent a tow truck. This was Thursday. Today is Saturday and we called to get a status on the repair and to get the loaner we were told we get.
