After we leased the vehicle, communication completely stopped. We are still waiting—weeks later—for the $23,000 payment from our trade-in. It's very convenient to have a location where you can see and test drive to learn more about these cars, and it's much more convenient than the center that's in Riviera Beach; however, it's so nice to have it, even if they are limited options at this location. Obviously, the traffic and parking are difficult, but the employees are extremely caring and take your situation to heart. They do a really good job of explaining everything about Lucid and about your new vehicle to you.

I went for an informational meeting and test drive with a salesman, David Archange. I have been a longtime Tesla owner, but anticipate making a change. Comparing the experiences at Tesla and Lucid, I found Lucid a much more pleasant experience, with an easy method to schedule the test drive, and with friendly knowledgeable staff and a slick visual presentation. I live in Baltimore, so Tysons, VA is my nearest service center. For three days and to no avail, I had been reaching out to the Tysons SC to get a quote on an accessory I needed to order. I called West Palm Beach, and on the first ring Dawn picks up. Within an hour, Dawn had answered my question, provided a quote, double checked the estimate for accuracy, and forwarded me an invoice to pay. Meanwhile, it takes Tysons 3 days to pick up a phone. Booked a test drive appointment here through the website, our associate was David, and he was absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable on the cars and gave us a very pleasant experience. Everyone else was very kind as well. Definitely a 10/10, would totally come again, and the snacks were a very epic surprise bonus as well!
