I went for an informational meeting and test drive with a salesman, David Archange. I have been a longtime Tesla owner, but anticipate making a change. Comparing the experiences at Tesla and Lucid, I found Lucid a much more pleasant experience, with an easy method to schedule the test drive, and with friendly knowledgeable staff and a slick visual presentation. I'm extremely disappointed with the service experience tied to my new Lucid Air Grand Touring. Lucid arranged for my vehicle to be taken to Windermere Collision in Orlando for a simple trunk alignment under warranty. When I picked up the car in person, the rear bumper had been damaged. I told the shop the car was ceramic coated and not to polish it, yet they polished it anyway, removed the coating, and the original damage was still there.
