After we leased the vehicle, communication completely stopped. We are still waiting—weeks later—for the $23,000 payment from our trade-in. It's very convenient to have a location where you can see and test drive to learn more about these cars, and it's much more convenient than the center that's in Riviera Beach; however, it's so nice to have it, even if they are limited options at this location. Obviously, the traffic and parking are difficult, but the employees are extremely caring and take your situation to heart. They do a really good job of explaining everything about Lucid and about your new vehicle to you.
Booked a test drive appointment here through the website, our associate was David, and he was absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable on the cars and gave us a very pleasant experience. Everyone else was very kind as well. Definitely a 10/10, would totally come again, and the snacks were a very epic surprise bonus as well!
Awesome experience and informative staff to explain all the details of the Lucid EV automobile. They have an earlier version of the Dream Edition on site to give you a taste of what’s to come. I was really impressed with the level of detail and quality of not only the car but the studio as well. Definitely recommend checking it out for a quick tour and demonstration if you are in the area.
