I had a great experience working with Emma at the showroom. During our visit, we test drove both the Air Pure and Air Touring, and also had the chance to check out the Gravity. If you’re even casually considering these vehicles, they are incredibly fun to drive. I had the worst repair experience. My appointment was scheduled on 05/06, and I didn't get my Lucid Air back until 06/06 for a nose lamp replacement. The frunk's seal was installed incorrectly after this repair, and the frunk couldn't close. Will Lucid technicians ever be competent even for this little job?

I visited the showroom and scheduled a test drive (Lucid Air Touring). Certainly a great EV and a strong contender for my next EV purchase! Emma at the Studio was great to work with as well. Friendly and knowledgeable!

I took my brand new Lucid gravity here for service and was helped out by Brad. Being a new first generation car, there were little things that had to be serviced about the car and lucid motors went above and beyond to completely make sure that my car was brand new and up to my standard. I cannot recommend them highly enough, and I wish them the best of success. Brad was extremely communicative and easy to work with as well. Thank you Brad and team.
