After a minor fender bender, I took my Lucid Air to Lucid's new certified paint and body shop, and they returned it looking brand new. They worked with me and my insurance company and made sure every part that needed to be replaced was replaced, not simply repaired. I have purchased three Lucid vehicles, and I am extremely disappointed with the communication and follow-through from the showroom. I paid cash for my Lucid Gravity at the time of delivery, and it has now been almost a year, yet I still have not received the title for the vehicle. Every time I call, I am redirected in circles — the showroom tells me to call customer service, customer service says they need to contact the showroom, then someone else says the sales team has to handle it. My ownership experience has been horrible. Multiple unresolved issues. Disrespectful responses from the company. Safety issues they laugh off. Getting stranded multiple times.
Updated Lucid!! A place that sells truly amazing cars!!! Although it's still relatively new and needs some upgrades here and there, Lucid is definitely a step above Tesla! And today, I was lucky enough to see the new Gravity—it's definitely a luxurious and stunning car! The cars, the showroom, and the service team are all 10/10!! 1st Always welcoming!! Always smile!! Horrible customer service. My car has had issues since we purchased it. Windows roll down but not up. Seats don’t move when you push buttons. I lost connection for GPS and car play. Vehicle hard brakes me even when there’s nothing in the way. Customer service is terrible. Every time I talk to anyone there they act like im bothering them. There’s no explanation of any processes they have. And to top if off they never filed any paperwork with DMV on my trade in car.
