Don't buy a Lucid. As great as the car looks and drives when it works, it generally not only doesn't work, but the warranty isn't worth the paper it's printed on and the company will take every opportunity to nickel and dime you for things that are very clearly manufacturer defects and just general design faults. If this review convinces one person not to buy a Lucid, I feel like I did my good deed for the year. This was hands down the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been visiting multiple EV dealerships while trying to find the right car, and this one truly stood out. I had the pleasure of meeting Tuan at the Montreal Auto Show and visiting their dealership. The staff was incredibly friendly, and Tuan took the time to explain everything about the car in detail. Everybody — from sales (Gurvinder) to service to management — will do their absolute best to deliver the best service. Other brands and dealers should learn from these guys. I’ve taken delivery of many cars throughout my life, and I’ve never had such great service and onboarding. Highly recommend.
