Car was here for 6 days & met 2 men in service that were great & honest but I cannot give it higher than 2 stars due to the sales department who misinformed me on what was included in the lease & not only did not make any effort to resolve it but did not respond until 5 minutes after I left in my car. I loved my test drive experience of the Lucid Air Pure! Ethan accompanied us for the test drive and he was very detailed in his explanation of the car features and also made me really comfortable considering this was my first time ever driving an EV. It was a pleasure trying out the Lucid Air, and I would definitely recommend this showroom and Ethan, to assist you with your questions about all that Lucid Motors has to offer.
I purchased a '26 Gravity about 3 weeks ago. The best I can say about it is I really dislike this car and dislike is being kind. I have done 2 software updates since purchasing this car. From the get go it started to have various software glitches, things like wouldn't go into drive or reverse, kinda small thing. Seats wouldn't go into massage, heat or cool, rear windows had a mind of their own, maybe I'll go up, maybe not. I want them to go up and they go down. I had an amazing experience buying Lucid Air from this place. My advisor Steven was exceptional right from test drive to finalizing the deal. He was very straightforward, had detailed knowledge about Lucid. I would recommend this place and Steven as your advisor. He helped me get the car when it was nearly impossible to get last minute.
The other day I visited the Lucid service and sales center at Natick Mall. The sales man was very responsive and asked about my interest in Lucid. Since I was just visiting and told him that I already had an EV at home, he let me explore the showroom for a few minutes. I like that the sales person was paying attention and did engage in conversation.
