We have just had the best experience in our 60+ years of purchasing vehicles. This was through the Lucid Studio in Rocklin, CA. This wonderful experience was first and foremost due to Lauren, the most excellent Sales Associate we have ever encountered. Lauren answered all of our questions professionally and promptly. The entire Rocklin team, was extraordinary, from Sales, Service, and Management. We feel totally welcomed into the Lucid family. We love our Lucid Gravity Grand Touring!!!
Have worked with Lauren for sales and Lorenzo for service. Have had really great service after owning my 24 Air Touring and now my 26 Gravity GT. Ive had minor issues here and there and I live 3 hours away in Fresno. Lorenzo has taken care of me every time and I am infinitely grateful for the team here.
Lauren was great to work with. This is my 2nd Lucid lease, the first one was last year and unfortunately got in a car accident and was a total loss. I called and submitted a request to be reached as I wanted to lease a new car and had been redirected to the past sales counselor who I had issues with response in the past. The next time I called I connected with Lauren, within 5 minutes she had a text with the cars that met my needs and we had a deal in 15 minutes. Horrible experience. The Gravity broke down on the delivery day. and after 2 days in service, the issue still had not been fixed. This was a $100k brand-new vehicle, and we expected a reliable car from day one. Unfortunately, because the problem, we decided to cancel the purchase. It has now been 15 days, and we still have not received our down payment back. I have called and sent multiple emails, but nobody seems to have an answer or know what is going on. Very disappointing experience overall.
Glad to see I’m not the only one shouting out Lauren here. I’ve bought cars from traditional dealers, as well as the direct to consumer method that Tesla, Rivian, and Lucid use, and Lauren is hands down the best sales advisor I’ve ever had.
