Outstanding experience with Rutherford Lucid Motors Mobile Service. The service technician, Alanzo, truly went above and beyond. He arrived right on time, was extremely professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire CCCv2 replacement process. Communication was clear, the work was efficient, and the overall experience was seamless. I took an early morning flight to get to the ‘studio’ as I had to drive the car back home 7 hours away. The staff was surprised to find us on time and asked us to wait as it would be ‘some time’ before we could get the car. I waited in a barren space with a dying plant. I added water to it and it was already half up by the time we left! It took us that long even though all the paperwork and payments had been made in advance. The car when it came was not washed. Nate rocks! That's it :) This was my first electric car, and Nate was very knowledgeable. We had 2 demos, and if he didn't know something about the car, we figured out together. Given that they can't sell direct in NJ, I had to work with the sales team in California. I had a test drive appointment for both Air and Gravity today. Bill Cignarella helped me everything from 1 to 10. He was so kind and professional. The vehicles were awsome with a lot of luxury features and the driving performance. I'm considering to switch from Rivan to Lucid, and I'm very positive. Thank you, Bill. You made my day.

Had a super fast and efficient pickup of a Gravity Grand Touring and was in and out in less than 30 min! Also they had just finished the new software update and no bugs seemed to be there and I have noticed nothing so far. If you want roof rails installed or the front trunk bench you have to order from the store in advance so the studio can install it.
