Yet another amazing Lucid experience. Dylan here was excellent. He was patient and knowledgeable and spent a lot of time telling us about the vehicles and the brand. We were there for over 2 hours and never felt rushed. It was an experience that made me feel more comfortable as we get closer to purchasing a vehicle from Lucid. Lucid does not support their vehicles. Their warranty isn't worth the paper it's printed on. Your ownership cost *will* be 2-3 times higher than your lease cost, because they will refuse to fix manufacturer defects and will find every excuse to blame the customer. They'll be out of business in a year or two, max.
What a wonderful experience! I reserved a test drive with Bryan at the seaport location; I had an unexpected meeting come up and I didn’t think I would be able to make it in for the scheduled appointment. Bryan went above and beyond and picked me up at my address in the Lucid and provided a very professional and informative driving experience! This type of customer service does not exist anymore!!! Anyways tip of my hat to Bryan and the folks at Lucid Boston!!! Wow what an amazing car!!
When we saw the showroom in the Seaport we had to pop in and take a look. Been watching the EV market and Lucid is one of the big names that comes up. The sales people were super friendly and when we said we were we just curious they let us sit in the car and try some of the functions. Wow. The live 360 view on the dash panel is really something- we’ll have to go back when we’re in the market to buy

He was incredibly friendly, approachable, and took the time to really connect on a personal level while still remaining highly professional.
