Had a great experience here getting my new Gravity. Andrew was fantastic to work with and helped me find the right car. No pressure tactics and he was great at followup and answering questions. He definitely went above and beyond and was a key reason I picked the Gravity in the end. I will also note the store was kid friendly and my two sons had a great time seeing the other cars in the studio.
I had a great experience working with Andrew Burdick on leasing a new vehicle before the EV rebate expires at the end of the month. They were swamped with people trying to beat the deadline, and Andrew made me feel like his only client. Virtually instant responses to texts and emails, and yeah, I can be annoying when I buy a car because I have LOTS of questions. He handled them all with humor, efficiency and integrity.
