I had an incredible experience driving the Lucid Air Touring today. It boasts an impressive range of 431 miles per charge. The car exudes a chic aesthetic, painted in the captivating color of Fanthom blue. Its smooth acceleration is remarkable, reaching 60 mph in a mere 4.4 seconds. The sales leader, George, is exceptionally knowledgeable and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.

I would like to update my review and change my rating to one star. After owning and using the vehicle for a few months, we have encountered multiple issues. However, the biggest concern has been the extremely disappointing customer service experience. I have reached out multiple times through phone calls and emails, yet I either receive no response at all or hear back weeks later with a message stating that the issue has been escalated to a manager, only to never receive any further follow up. I am writing to let you know how pleased I am with Alexxa at the lucid studio in Westchester. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly in my acquiring a Lucid Gravity Grand Touring this past June. She repeated the performance for my son this past week , getting his Gravity, and even better, letting him take delivery at the studio instead of driving out to Long Island. I only hope these cars perform as well as Alexa, a real asset to Lucid.

We test drove a lucid Air. We wanted to test the Gravity but was told it wasn’t available. We were treated well and enjoyed our test drive. One suggestion is for the salesperson to stop “selling” and engage with driver by explaining available functions while driving and staying alert to our route. Our route didn’t offer much chance to test the car’s functionality or performance.

Don't make the same mistake I did. Lucid does not respect their warranty, tries to find loopholes to avoid repairing manufacturer defects, and nickels and dimes the customer every step of the way. The after-sales situation is an absolute nightmare. The car looks and drives well when it works, but you'll end up shelling out thousands out of pocket for their own problems.
