The staff here have been stellar... Sartaj has been wonderful at keeping us up to date throughout the delivery process. Jenmy is knowledgeable and great to deal with during the whole delivery process. The service team are fast. Was able to repair issues with my vehicle, and really friendly along the way.
Had a wonderful introduction to Lucid and the new Gravity thanks thanks to Sartaj and the team at the Vaughan location! We were greeted warmly and felt very welcomed. It was refreshing to find that Sartaj truly was a 'car guy' and had a great depth of knowledge to share with us beyond manicured OEM talking points. I would highly recommend that anyone interested in Lucid schedule their test drive at the Vaughan location. You will not be disappointed!
Do not buy a Lucid vehicle. They will not cover manufacturer defects, instead trying to nickel and dime the customer and blame them.for everything wrong with the vehicle.
