I appreciated the fact that Luke waited to begin the refinance process until the rates went down enough to benefit me over the life of the loan. He was kind and was honest in telling me that he had mentors to could always go to if he needed their help. Sometimes I got confused about what information was needed to get everything started. Luke was very diligent about keeping me informed throughout the process. Having financed multiple properties, I knew what to expect for the most part. That didn't deter Luke from making a point to communicate every step of the way, making sure I was completely informed. Very professional, calm and personable. Even though I know there are many other customers that he was working with concurrently, I always felt like the only customer. Thank you Luke and VIP!
