From personal experience owning a San Francisco Apartment Building is a minefield and should only be undertaken with a professional management company like LUMINOR. I can truly testify that Johnny works hard and has your interest truly at heart, something I think is rare in property management. During our tenure of several years, he has successfully steered us through some tough and major issues. I cannot more strongly stress that with Luminor you have a management company that you cna trust.

I highly recommend working with Steven! I was a tenant for three years and couldn't be happier with the experience. Steven is, by far, the best landlord I've had. He's responsive, gets things fixed quickly, and understands the property well. He has a gardener come by each month to clean up our side/backyard, which is a huge help. His kind, personable, and easygoing personality makes him a pleasure to work with.
