I highly recommend working with Steven! I was a tenant for three years and couldn't be happier with the experience. Steven is, by far, the best landlord I've had. He's responsive, gets things fixed quickly, and understands the property well. He has a gardener come by each month to clean up our side/backyard, which is a huge help. His kind, personable, and easygoing personality makes him a pleasure to work with. Great! Steve Zang, the property manager was always attentive. He would returns calls And text quickly and always found solutions to the the issues and was always fair and kind.

I rented through Johnny for around 3 years and had a really good experience with him as my property manager. We went through a lot in our household with multiple roommates and he was always responsive, easy to approach, and extremely kind and understanding. If anyone is looking at renting a home through Luminor, know that you will be supported every step of the way (as legally able, anyway).
