Terrible service . Been waiting since January 14/2025 , 2 months to get a quote and still waiting. 140 $ service charge for zero work done . Company is definitely a thief that does not honor there work . I’ll be definitely reporting to BBB and all forms of social media . We decided to install a pool August of 2021. We had spoken to several pool contractors about our project and Lusk was the only one who gave us the warm and fuzzy. We decided to go with Lusk and man did they deliver. We had basically a drainage slope of a back yard that really had no use and we really had no idea what we could do. If such bold claims are going to be made then please provide tangible evidence and not hear say that has been regurgitated to you from your employees. We lived in Canton off Knox Bridge for two decades. I passed by Lusk Pools as one of my RE offices is three minutes from their location. We bought 12 acres to build a new home in Mineral Bluff, GA. We hired Lusk Pools to build a custom Gunite, Salt Water, with a slide and a waterfall. We could not be more happy with Everything!!! It took 3 calls to get a sales person to reply. We met and discussed our ideas and she said she would email us with pricing and answers to our questions. Never did. An asst emailed us 2 months later and I told them we were waiting on her. Still no reply. I emailed the asst asking for owner’s email and got no reply.
