Bambi is absolutely amazing! From the very first tour, she was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the property. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, always going above and beyond to answer questions and make sure everything was perfect. You can tell she truly cares about the residents and takes pride in the community. The Lux off Riverwalk is beautiful, but Bambi’s outstanding service makes it even better—I couldn’t recommend this place enough!
Responses were always quick and helpful which made the move in process completely painless. The property manager, Bambi, is personable, kind, everything you would want from someone in her position. New and nice appliances, in unit washer and dryers, love the covered parking. Definitely recommend. So far, 10/10 🙃
Well I’m not sure who made the call to bring Bambi back but ….GOOD JOB!!!! Out of all the managers who have come and gone since I’ve been here, she seems to be the only one that not only can DO the job but actually DOES the job. I’m coming up on my 2nd renewal and was actually putting my notice in but now that she’s returned, I’ll be renewing because I KNOW she will make it feel like home again! Bambi is the best! Has great communication and worked with me! I'm now happily moved in and definitely suggest living here!
