Bambi is absolutely amazing! From the very first tour, she was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the property. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, always going above and beyond to answer questions and make sure everything was perfect. You can tell she truly cares about the residents and takes pride in the community. The Lux off Riverwalk is beautiful, but Bambi’s outstanding service makes it even better—I couldn’t recommend this place enough!
Responses were always quick and helpful which made the move in process completely painless. The property manager, Bambi, is personable, kind, everything you would want from someone in her position. New and nice appliances, in unit washer and dryers, love the covered parking. Definitely recommend. So far, 10/10 🙃

Bambi was very sweet, great place. Only complaint so far is how loud maintenance plays their music in the morning 😭😭 but hey, shouldn’t last forever.
So incredibly happy to have Bambi back as property manager! Things run alot more smooth and efficient when she's running the place.
