Bambi is absolutely amazing! From the very first tour, she was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the property. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, always going above and beyond to answer questions and make sure everything was perfect. You can tell she truly cares about the residents and takes pride in the community. The Lux off Riverwalk is beautiful, but Bambi’s outstanding service makes it even better—I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Responses were always quick and helpful which made the move in process completely painless. The property manager, Bambi, is personable, kind, everything you would want from someone in her position. New and nice appliances, in unit washer and dryers, love the covered parking. Definitely recommend. So far, 10/10 🙃

I would recommend going in and talking with BJ he was an absolute joy . He understood and answered all my questions and got to meet the maintenance man Tommy he was very polite and a pleasure to speak with. I will definitely keep the lux on my list of apartments
