I would recommend going in and talking with BJ he was an absolute joy . He understood and answered all my questions and got to meet the maintenance man Tommy he was very polite and a pleasure to speak with. I will definitely keep the lux on my list of apartments

I have never had such an amazing welcome 🤗 as I had from this property manager, even when we both fell so sick through the ice and ❄️ this amazing, empowered heck of a woman, managed to get my paperwork, done and stayed with me through it all! Excellent experience! The property manager, Bambi, is super kind, friendly and fair. She helped me out a ton with the application process and was very sympathetic to my current situation. I cannot thank her enough for everything that she has done for me to help me get my own roof over my head after living in hotels for the majority of this year. I moved in August 2024 and have had a positive experience from the start. The property manager Bambi made moving in and adjusting very easy. She answers my questions very quickly and the team makes sure everything is going good. The apartment its self is a perfect size for a studio with nice new upgrades especially the refrigerator and oven.
