Mike and the whole team (John, Mike, Courtney, and Cody) at luxe outdoors are just outstanding. They are so incredibly kind, honest and professional. They built our beautiful pool simultaneously while we had the new house built and the pool is just stunning. We had a family emergency during closing on our other house and Mike helped me in so many ways getting the other pool ready for close, without hesitation he said you take care of your family and we’ve got you and the pool. Their entire team sent prayers and concern. ... read more
My husband and I have waited years to finally get the backyard of our dreams and it was crucial for us to find the right builder. It was not only about a builder with the right price point, but more so excellent customer service and ability to see our vision. We met with multiple builders, some came close, others missed the mark completely, but Luxe Outdoors came through and checked all the boxes for us, so they were our #1 pick. From the initial meeting with John to discuss our vision, to the design process (fun!), proje... read more
HIGHLY recommend Luxe. We started our pool project with getting quotes from 4 different companies. Right off the bat, Luxe beat all of them in terms of value and being able to give us what we were looking for (features, equipment brand, etc). From when we signed to when the pool was ready was 2-3 months. That is SUPER fast (includes permit filing and wait time). John (owner), Katie (design), Courtney (coordinator) and Jose (project manager) were all absolutely amazing to work with - highly responsive and thorough. Jose wa... read more
We are absolutely in love with work Luxe did to bring our backyard dreams to life. They have a personal feel with a powerhouse team and technology of a large scale company. Initial Design: John, the owner, came out and took down what our goals were for the space. Had a fantastic vision that he shared with TJ, our designer, who built us magic. They were patient, kind, and listened to every one of our needs. They encouraged feedback and took no hard feelings when we asked to shift things around. We went with a patio extension... read more
We are beyond thrilled to share our outstanding experience with Luxe Outdoors, as they have truly exceeded all expectations in transforming our backyard into a stunning outdoor oasis. Our recent project with them involved several intricate components, including a pool area with a Margarita table, an outdoor kitchen, turf/putting green, a whole home generator, outdoor bathroom, A/C installation, walkway, new grass installation, fire pit with custom bench, outdoor shower, and fence covering. Throughout every phase of the proj... read more
