great annual service, including inspection, and cleaning of coils etc of HVAC system. Technician spent time at each station: air handler in attic, compressor on roof deck and testing of hallway main controls (and changed air filter). She helpfully answered my few questions. Competency and expedience, all the way.

Kevin arrived within time frame, professional, efficient, cleaned propane fireplace. Was having difficulty starting fireplace and at times would go out. Kevin explained that the switch was dropping excessive millivolts, recommended remote thermostat. We did not have a thermostat on the fireplace, accepted recommendation to install one. We called Lynden Sheet Metal on a Saturday for plumbing issues. Yes, it was an emergency! Tim arrived within an hour or so and was instrumental in assessing our plumbing problems. Are building is pretty old so after exhausting all available equipment options Tim had direct access to, he recommended an approach that required obtaining the equipment via rental or actually outsourcing to a different plumbing company.
