Dr Burton is very understanding and informative she answered to every questions and concerns we had she really made us feel less stressed after having to take out 2 yr old to the his pediatrician which they made him worse then took him to the ER and still didn’t get much help from the hospital either. Then seen Dr Burton and she was my sons “hero” she gave us simple information how to care and treat our son at home. And now he’s all better. She’s very professional caring and kind to kids and family.
While your company charge extra without letting know the parents when an appointment is made "after hours", you totally disregard the time of your patients and families. My daughter and I were in time for our appointment at 2.40 pm and we left the office almost at 5 pm. This appointment did not require anything else than a simple conversation with the doctor, her assessment was not very throughout and the labs that my daughter needed couldn't be done due to not having the stuff... Our last visit was to draw Blood only. So my answers were only about the Phlebotomist. She was "nice enough", I guess. But not at all warm nor friendly. It is EXTREMELY rare that I leave anything negative I go out of my way to compliment good service. Writing this is unpleasant for me. *I* had to say Hello first and ask how She was doing. No warmth. This is my first time meeting Dr. Burton but I will definitely try to see her every time, she was patient, thorough and made sure to make us (both me and my 4 year old) feel comfortable.
Everything was good. I had no complaints. The staff was very respectful, courteous and polite.
