Hi You guys are a good company. I just wish communication was better with the gas driver. We have a fenced in yard, and it would be so much easier if we knew you were coming to refill the tank like the night before. I have asked the driver to call before hand but it is rarely done. Our fenced is locked because we have two big dogs that are not very nice.. I just hate to waste anyone’s time/gas. The drivers are always nice and kind….

Things are great when we are home, but we have a fenced in property and two dogs, so calling ahead really helps. Calling the day of the delivery early am and leaving a message to inform myself or my husband would help even better.. We do not carry our phones everywhere. The drivers are always kind and understanding.. Thank you
