I had two small dings repaired on my tailgate. I would have preferred the tailgate be replaced but insurance refused (definitely not the shops fault). I thought it would be a simple repair based upon the relatively flat surfaces of the gate but the repaired area does show some distortion in the right lighting. I got personal service- Jeff M was so helpful walking me through the insurance process. Communication was great, and my car came back fully repaired and cleaner than when I dropped it off!
I used M&M for collision repair after I was rear-ended. They were super friendly and flexible. They communicated well about expected timing for the repair. At the end the repair went a few days past the estimated date because they had found something wasn’t right with the weather stripping on their final calibration drive. We had some minor damage to the passenger sliding door of our minivan. M&M had the lowest quote for the work, and took the least amount of time to fix it. We were happy with the service, and that they were able to get us in quickly to complete the work.
Do not go to this place. Made an appointment for an estimate on the damages to my ford explorer. Drove 45 minutes just for him to take one look at me and my truck and say “we don't wanna do it”. I told him i just wanted the bumper repaired he said he doesn’t want to do it. So i offered to pay and have the hood, bumper, and fender fixed by his shop.
