I was upset when I wrote this! Thanks to John going over and beyond what I expected he has made sure my experience ended well. They didn’t just fix the problem, they repainted my hood and roof too, it look great. I wish I NEVER had went to MM Body shop!!! 1st my estimate was actually HALF of what they actually charged my insurance. 2nd- my passenger door was out of line. 3rd trunk wouldn’t close once opened. 4th my trunk got soaked because they put the window in wrong and then practically called us liars before they fixed i... read more
M&M did a great job on the repairs to my Wife’s Tahoe. Panel gaps were perfect and blending of the color was precise. Communication with the insurance company was painless which made the process even easier. The only road block was when the Tahoe would be done. Was told one day, then last minute told a part was missing, then told another day. A small problem is the grand scheme of things. I would highly recommend them!
I was extremely happy with the results of the work done by the M&M team. My truck is 30 years old and the team worked very hard finding the replacement door. The paint team did an excellent job matching the paint as well. If I ever need work done in the future I absolutely use them again.
First of all I regret taking my vehicle here!! I waited for about 2 months for them to “repair my car.” There was a lack of communication from there end. I was always the one to call them and ask on the status of my car. Everytime I called they would always tell me some excuse like the parts they ordered were wrong or that the parts came in “damaged/defective, so they had to re order the parts. The absolute best experience I’ve ever had with anything car related. After my car accident, I had a terrible experience with a chain body shop where I initially got an estimate. I brought my car to M&M instead where I was met with the utmost respect and professionalism. Honest and efficient communication from start to finish and quick turn around for the repairs.
