I was extremely happy with the results of the work done by the M&M team. My truck is 30 years old and the team worked very hard finding the replacement door. The paint team did an excellent job matching the paint as well. If I ever need work done in the future I absolutely use them again.
M&M did a great job on the repairs to my Wife’s Tahoe. Panel gaps were perfect and blending of the color was precise. Communication with the insurance company was painless which made the process even easier. The only road block was when the Tahoe would be done. Was told one day, then last minute told a part was missing, then told another day. A small problem is the grand scheme of things. I would highly recommend them!
The absolute best experience I’ve ever had with anything car related. After my car accident, I had a terrible experience with a chain body shop where I initially got an estimate. I brought my car to M&M instead where I was met with the utmost respect and professionalism. Honest and efficient communication from start to finish and quick turn around for the repairs. Jeff Mowbray is a very honest and caring estimator!! He understands exactly what I need for my new car. He sympathizes with my situation ☺️. I also was able to talk to the owner, Mark , who also understands and sympathizes with me! And, it is a family owned , hometown shop!!! We had major work on a new car 17 years ago that was damaged by hitting a deer. I was convinced it would never look new again. But, I was TOTALLY wrong!!! It was brand new again!!! Great people to work with in a heartbreaking situation!!
M&M is the best! I was really impressed with everyone's friendly attitude - they made the potentially-frustrating auto-repair process very easy. Jeff M (the estimator) went out of his way to meet with us and get our car in for repair quickly - he was very knowledgeable, reassuring, and prompt to respond to the questions we had.
