It was easy to schedule with the providers. I see Nan and Lakita, both made me feel comfortable and they're easy to talk to. Both of these ladies have the qualities of great therapists and providers and I hope to be able to help people as well as they are me. The staff is great and I felt like they really have my best interest in mind and the best part...I do telehealth! So I never have to drive to the offices. I highly recommend.
It was a pleasure speaking with QiAna Webb, NP. She joined on time and allowed me to share my concerns. She provided insight and next steps on my treatment plan. It was a great experience.
I’ve been attending therapy with Lifestance for around 6 months with 2 sessions per month, and I can’t recommend them enough. Scheduling with my therapist is always seamless, and communication with the office has always been easy. I attend via video calls and the technology has been. As far as my therapist, she has been empathetic and professional and has always made me feel heard and respected.
My doctor was one of the most detached and removed people I’ve ever met. She was not personable, and she was 15 minutes late (to coming into the office, I was waiting in the lobby when she came in, then took another 5 minutes to get me from her office). I assured her I didn’t have depression or anxiety and she put me on an anti-depressant. I had an appointment today with Sharon Simmons at 1 PM sat in her waiting room for 30 minutes she never showed, Call scheduling to book another appointment with another provider for a whole month out. Terrible first impression. Reading some of the reviews I’m definitely going to double check to make sure I wasn’t charged for this. And will probably find some where els that fits my mental health needs.
