I had my first appointment today with Dr. Haley Fletcher, it was really nice to talk to her. I feel like after I've talked to her there was a feeling of release inside of me almost like a feeling of being set free. I honestly don’t know where I’d be without my LifeStance Therapists. In March will mark 2 years I’ve been seeing a therapist there. My former therapist was amazing & my current Therapist Madeline is phenomenal. Always encouraging my decisions, helping me with everything I’ve been going through! I would highly recommend going through LifeStance for anyone seeking therapy.
I really appreciate my relationship with my POC. However, LifeStance's billing department sucks. I was to have a couple appointments refunded (and they were noted) and Nothing happened. I have been turning blue in my multiple calls and this department saying they would correct them and they will show in the next 7-10 days. Nothing! All of my providers are amazing. However their “Portal” is not an app to send you notifications. Meaning you may not receive life threatening information in life saving amounts of time. Jeopardizing your health. Their phones are also never on at 8:00am when their offices claim to be open.
Very happy with the care given to me by Kelly LaPointe! Thanks to her I’m getting better…Love the televisit option too as it makes it convenient for me.
