I had my first appointment today with Dr. Haley Fletcher, it was really nice to talk to her. I feel like after I've talked to her there was a feeling of release inside of me almost like a feeling of being set free. Their services are great! The billing department is very bad. I had a 3-way call with them and my insurance company, only to find out that LifeStance never reached out to my insurance company about getting any kind of coverage or co-pay. Then they used my credit card (without permission) for services that still had not been collected from my insurance company. I also have been charged over $1k dollars without permission to my credit card. They also cut off services until you pay some part of the bill before it has been sett... read more
All of my providers are amazing. However their “Portal” is not an app to send you notifications. Meaning you may not receive life threatening information in life saving amounts of time. Jeopardizing your health. Their phones are also never on at 8:00am when their offices claim to be open.
My experience wasn't very good. I filled out information a couple times. My daughter had to help people to get to that point. Read all the information which took a while. Started at 3:30. Was on my phone till after 5: 00, waiting for some one to answer. My daughter called on her phone to find out why no one was answering on my me. She was on her phone for 45 mins. This was very frustrating.
The therapist and psychiatrist are amazing the services that are available or life-changing. I am so thankful that they have the wisdom and knowledge on helping navigate life issues. Thank you so much.
