The ladies at the front desk are always polite, the scheduling process is easy and I never have an extended wait. The location is very convenient and it’s clean. Dr. Byers is by far the best therapist in the world. My therapist listened like he really cared about me and also dug into my life with understanding and compassion. He did not pass any judgements on others but, showed great concern for my welfare. He reminded me of my old therapist that I saw for 35 years. I'm definitely going back!!!!
I had a wonderful experience with the Life Stance therapist. This was my first time using this company, and my first visit was a Telehealth visit, and the video quality was great. She made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this company. I’m very satisfied and I will continue on using Life Stance.
Dr.Wallstrum is one of the kindest most understanding and patient drs I have ever worked with. She cares deeply, listens intently and has helped me so much on my journey. To me she really is the best of the best.
The Therapist is amazing, but the electronic systems and billing departments have a lot of issues. Every month their system messes up my copay and I have to call billing to fix it. The system also prompts you continously to keep a card on file for payments and if you say "no, contact me directly for payment" you never get a call.
