I honestly don’t know where I’d be without my LifeStance Therapists. In March will mark 2 years I’ve been seeing a therapist there. My former therapist was amazing & my current Therapist Madeline is phenomenal. Always encouraging my decisions, helping me with everything I’ve been going through! I would highly recommend going through LifeStance for anyone seeking therapy.
I had my first appointment today with Dr. Haley Fletcher, it was really nice to talk to her. I feel like after I've talked to her there was a feeling of release inside of me almost like a feeling of being set free. I really appreciate my relationship with my POC. However, LifeStance's billing department sucks. I was to have a couple appointments refunded (and they were noted) and Nothing happened. I have been turning blue in my multiple calls and this department saying they would correct them and they will show in the next 7-10 days. Nothing! My experience wasn't very good. I filled out information a couple times. My daughter had to help people to get to that point. Read all the information which took a while. Started at 3:30. Was on my phone till after 5: 00, waiting for some one to answer. My daughter called on her phone to find out why no one was answering on my me. She was on her phone for 45 mins. This was very frustrating.
All of my providers are amazing. However their “Portal” is not an app to send you notifications. Meaning you may not receive life threatening information in life saving amounts of time. Jeopardizing your health. Their phones are also never on at 8:00am when their offices claim to be open.
