Everything including scheduling was available online . Information concerning the professionals and services rendered are also included making choices easier . My very first in person experience was with Debbie Sherman and she was amazing. She made me feel very comfortable. Debbie also made things concerning, policy, expectations and goals clear . She’s also a very good listener:) . I trust her .
I had my first appointment today with Dr. Haley Fletcher, it was really nice to talk to her. I feel like after I've talked to her there was a feeling of release inside of me almost like a feeling of being set free. Their services are great! The billing department is very bad. I had a 3-way call with them and my insurance company, only to find out that LifeStance never reached out to my insurance company about getting any kind of coverage or co-pay. They also cut off services until you pay some part of the bill before it has been settled with the insurance company. I really wish they would reach out to the insurance company to get this done... I honestly don’t know where I’d be without my LifeStance Therapists. In March will mark 2 years I’ve been seeing a therapist there. My former therapist was amazing & my current Therapist Madeline is phenomenal. Always encouraging my decisions, helping me with everything I’ve been going through! I would highly recommend going through LifeStance for anyone seeking therapy.
Everyone is always very kind and knowledable. Miss Walstrum really knows how to lisen to you and does not interupt you . She truly care. I recommend Lifestance if you need help, they are there to help.
