The team is wonderful! You're immediately greeted like they want you there. The hygienist are gentle and help keep you at ease, and the dentists are always so kind and gentle, too. Everyone wants to make sure you are comfortable and ok. They are also great with kids, wanting to ensure that the visits are good experiences for all.
Just went to this office for the first time, and after years of trying to find a good dentist, I felt a sigh of relief working with the ladies here! The ladies at the front desk, the assistant and the dentist I worked with were all amazing! They were so kind, helpful, compassionate, and caring. My husband and I will definitely be switching over to this dentist!! Thank you for your amazing care.
Dr. Wu and his staff are the perfect team, they take the time to make the experience as painless as possible. I recommend them over anyone else in the area. This office is by far the most clean, organized, and detailed. Dr. Wu is comforting, talented and precise. It is very difficult to earn my trust when it comes to dental work... Madison Street Dental exceeded my expectations.

The entire staff is kind and helpful. After first initial visit I feel a 100% confident that I’ve found a very good dentist and office. After second and third visits, I really like Madison Street Dental very much. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, the dental assistants are great and Dr. Wu is absolutely the best dentist I've ever had. I think of him as Dr. Painless : )
