We love the layout & design of our unit. It has overall been a wonderful place to live since moving to Utah. We chose this area for its proximity to the mountains & outdoor recreation. Quiet & safe area. We also enjoy being close to parks, grocery stores, several restaurants & having access to sidewalks to walk our dog. Thankful to have such a wonderful church to attend that’s right across the street, Redemption Ogden.
The community is peaceful, and the homes are spacious with modern finishes that make it feel like a luxury. The property is well-maintained, and I love the proximity to parks, grocery stores, and Weber State University. The management team is friendly and responsive—whenever I had an issue, they handled it promptly. My kids love the nearby playground, and it's super convenient for dog walks too. I highly recommend Madison Towns for anyone looking for a new home in a great location!

Beautiful place to live I am currently living here. However trying to get someone to fix something is a night mare. There is no communication whatsoever. It is a brand new place and I’ve not had that many problems with a place before ever. The house is freezing (with my animals) because the heater won’t work. And they can’t give us a time on when it will be fixed. They went over to trouble shoot it, knowing we have done that already. I moved into Madison in April! I love the environment and the neighborhood layout. I am in the 2 bed 2.5 bath house! The rooms are very nice and quiet, I have never heard anyone through the walls, the maintenance is very good and on top of all the issues, parking could use some help, there’s not very many visitor parking spots so having guests over is very hard and they have to park by the coffee shop.
