I went here for 4 years. And for the last 2 years was lied to and withheld information about a mobile clinic who is much much closer. I was driving from baraboo to madison every single morning. And my counselor nor anyone informed me , knowing I was burning up my miles on my new vehicle and burning up my money on gas, never told me there was a mobile clinic who goes to baraboo and portage. I went to this clinic for a few years and can't tell you strongly enough to STAY AWAY. It used to be owned by a smaller company that actually cared about the patients, but a national healthcare giant named Acadia swooped in and bought all the clinics in Southern Wisconsin, including this one. Since then it has been a mess. THE WORST! This place was sheer he!! through much of 2017--three and four hours to dose, constant counselor turnover. I had a counselor I finally liked adn they canned him over a bunch of bs. ITs run by a company from tennessee who hired a woman with a theft felony to run the clinic. If they get there money they don't care. Avoid this place if you can!!!!!!

Please remember when you see all the negative comments that these people are just grown adults acting like little kids who didn't get their way. Being able to go to a clinic and get help is a privilege, not a right. People seem to think they're owed something, and just like in the majority of life circumstances they are wrong. If you don't seek help for the right reasons then you are sure to fail. So I attend Madison West Comphrensive Treatment for methadone maintenance treatment, the staff at this place is great they are very personable and truly want to help the people who come thru there doors. I'm very appreciative that this place is here for those of us who need the help.
