I would highly recommend Mag Selva Roofing, etc. The level of workmanship and professionalism exceeded my expectations. I was informed on each step of the process. Upon completion the worksite was properly cleared and cleaned. Also, the quality of the skylights were custom made welded together versus the cheap glue and cheap screws that other manufacturers use. Unfortunately, I regret choosing Mag Selva to replace our gutters and install their recommended gutter guard mesh. They’re nice, the work looked great initially, and they provide warranty. However, within few months we found out about the product’s poor quality. They had to come back 4 times and it hasn’t even been one year yet. The first time they had to add a bigger splash guard to prevent water from pooling up by my basement door (see picture). Excellent service from Manuel and Juan. Responded immediately to our call & placed a tarp until his return the following week. He let us know when he would return with updates when on his way. Cleaned up beautifully. Highly recommend MAG SELVA!
