The process to rent a 10' x 20' unit was simple. The price is good. The location is accessible. The unit was clean. The workers were friendly with a great sense of humor.

I’ve rented from Security Storage before, and when I needed a unit again, I didn’t hesitate to come back. It’s now Magic City. The young lady in the office went above and beyond, she called me back right away, even stayed later to show me a unit. That kind of customer service is rare these days, and it made the whole process simple and stress-free. I also really appreciate the convenient gate hours (6 AM to 10 PM), the easy access. Terrible service, no one in the office with the sign lit and showing "open" during their normal business hours. Have left 2 voicemails with no response. Go elsewhere for your storage needs. Updated- Stacy was helpful today when back in the office. Updated rating.
Moving from Michigan to Wyoming was stressful, but Stacy in the office made things so much easier.
