I am their lab tech and I come and draw blood overnight when I tell you that. Nikki, the nurse and Logan, the other nurse are the most awesome people ever and even the new nurse. Joshua willing to help if I have a question. I love seeing their faces when I go in there. If I have any questions or any concerns they always take care of it. So I want to say thank you. Nurse Nikki, nurse, Logan and Mr. Joshua.
Staff members are wonderful and happy. Great to see a nice group to care for our community needing Assisted living.
I leave this review. Because my mom is a patient there. And she hasn't been there about a little over a month. They helping my daughter alienate my mom from me her daughter. My mom is origanally from fort worth,tx. And my daughter decided to take it upon herself to take my mom out of the nursing home. Mind you the nursing in fort worth,tx had never physical met my daughter. Besides that the staff is very rude at this facility.
I can't give this facility even 1 star. The care for my mother was atrocious. For one thing, the doctor said my mother would be released in a week after just having had brain surgery in OK City. So, he was dismissive of her from the beginning. She did not receive nearly any of the rehab she needed. Matter of fact, she developed a blood clot from her groin to her feet. NOT happy. My mother entered Magnolia for rehabilitation on March 11, 2021, which was a Thursday. We were informed, since the Doctor sees patients on Thursdays, that she would not get a COVID vaccine until the following Thursday, which seemed risky but reasonable since she was to be in quarantine for two weeks anyway. It is now 3 weeks of her being at Magnolia. She STILL has not received the vaccine yet she is being taken into the public room for PT.
