After having avoided the dentist for years , Dr. Gates and staff had a large task ahead. I have had several procedures here and they make sure you are comfortable and treated like family. I’m normally anxious before and during a procedure but they make sure everything goes smoothly. Sunglasses and music are very helpful as well. I highly recommend this dental practice.
When my previous dentist retired I was concerned that I would never find another dentist who would be that good- he was a gem. Very welcoming staff on my “emergency” appointment. They made me feel like they dropped everything to work on me. Very professional and clean office and treatment area. I was made comfortable right away and interviewed so the dental hygienist knew my treatment needs and preferences. She conveyed all of these needs to Dr Gates who in turn took me every step of the way through my treatment.
