I love my apartment I just wish that they’d communicate better with their tenants. 2 months into moving in I was hospitalized & out of work for 1 month. Scared & embarrassed I didn’t contact the office. Hell I’m a brand new tenant. Time goes by & I’m being served eviction papers. Although it was resolved, they could’ve had served me a 30 day notice first.
The staff who answered the call hung up on me lol. If you don't want to participate in market survey you could've let me know so I can add you in the do not call list lol. SO SO SO RUDE!
The lady who answered the phones needs better customer service skills..LBVS
It has everything I need. I only have to go out for food and to work!!!
I received a phone call from this office from lisa And I returned her call and the receptionist told me there's no lisa working here.
