I stayed out of the way when my team was here..I saw how well the upstairs bathroom was being cleaned and thought attention to detail was ok...afterwards I was disappointed. HORRIBLE CLEANING AND LAZY! RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER ALMA OVER PRICED FOR USING WATER VINEGAR MIX FALSE PROMISES I was looking for a deep clean to scrub and disinfect my house, NOT wipe down surfaces that I wipe down every day. I was told that could be done but it costs more so I agreed When they got here the ladies kept telling me “no we don’t do that” All they did was vaccum (they even missed a lot!) The work the team completed was performed well. However, several tasks weren't completed that should have been with a deep clean. I ended up paying far more than quoted, and my bathroom light was damaged in the process too.
I've used Maid Brigade for over 15 years, and I am very happy every time. Grateful and appreciative of all the hard work by the cleaning teams and the office staff. Thank you!
