We have been using Maid Brigade for several years and are usually pleased with the service. My only reason for 4 starts instead of 5 is that they change my service times quite often and I try to accommodate their schedule although I sometimes have to re-arrange my plans. The ladies that come are pleasant and efficient and I will continue to use them.

We switched to Maid Brigade a few years ago and have always had a good clean, regardless of the ladies they sent. Better than ANY service we have had with other vendors! They are extremely cooperative, make a point of fitting us in when holidays fall on our “off” week, work around our travel dates…I can’t think more highly of them than I do.

After they cleaned the bathrooms the rugs were put down on ramp floor and when we went to use the bathroom we almost slipped and fell. Not a good idea. We are alright but is something to take in consideration .

Maid Brigade has been my favorite house cleaning service I’ve ever used. They come every other week for us and we have had nothing but positive experiences. The office does a great job communicating and being flexible with schedules. The cleaning crews do a great job and the one time there was an oversight, they made it right immediately. Highly recommend!
