We have been using Maid Brigade for several years and are usually pleased with the service. My only reason for 4 starts instead of 5 is that they change my service times quite often and I try to accommodate their schedule although I sometimes have to re-arrange my plans. The ladies that come are pleasant and efficient and I will continue to use them.
Maid Brigade has been a great service for us. They communicate well about when they are coming, do a thorough job, and are so friendly.
We switched to Maid Brigade a few years ago and have always had a good clean, regardless of the ladies they sent. Better than ANY service we have had with other vendors! They are extremely cooperative, make a point of fitting us in when holidays fall on our “off” week, work around our travel dates…I can’t think more highly of them than I do.
After they cleaned the bathrooms the rugs were put down on ramp floor and when we went to use the bathroom we almost slipped and fell. Not a good idea. We are alright but is something to take in consideration .
I have been using Maid Brigade for almost ten years soon. They are consistent, friendly, reliable and trustworthy. Highly recommend!
