Maid Brigade started cleaning our home for us shortly after we moved in several years ago. They were always professional and thorough. They were receptive to feedback and adjusting to our personal preferences, which was appreciated. The office staff was always helpful when needed. I can't recommend a cleaning company more than Maid Brigade!
I read the earlier reviews and feel the company handled the one star issue appropriately. I have been very pleased with all my dealings with the office staff as well as the cleaning staff. My first interaction with the company was at a fund raiser for breast cancer research. I am so happy I won. My first cleaning was free and my entire bid went to research. We have used Maid Brigade for years and have always been extremely happy with their attention to detail, above-and-beyond customer service by a team of office staff who really care and go the extra mile for their customers, and friendly, hard-working, prompt, and dedicated staff. The best day of the week is when Maid Brigade comes!
Have been a customer for over 5 years now and have always had a great experience. Love my regular team led by ****** but the substitute teams *** had in the past have always been great as well. The office always informs me in advance when ****** isnt available which I appreciate since Im not always home when they are scheduled to arrive. Highly reccommended!
