I read the earlier reviews and feel the company handled the one star issue appropriately. I have been very pleased with all my dealings with the office staff as well as the cleaning staff. My first interaction with the company was at a fund raiser for breast cancer research. I am so happy I won. My first cleaning was free and my entire bid went to research. Have been a customer for over 5 years now and have always had a great experience. Love my regular team led by ****** but the substitute teams *** had in the past have always been great as well. The office always informs me in advance when ****** isnt available which I appreciate since Im not always home when they are scheduled to arrive. Highly reccommended!

Called around town to get various quotes for a deep cleaning on my home. Out of all the quotes given, Maid Brigade seemed to be the company that would get the most things done and for the fairest price. Several companies would not give a quote over the phone and needed to come see the home first before giving a quote. Maid Brigade did not do this, nobody physically or virtually came in the house to inspect it prior to or during quoting.
