Just got off the phone with the owner, Gary and he called me a watch taker because his ladies stated they were at my house for 2 hours and 15 minutes however they were really there for 1.5 hours....
I have never written a negative review of a company before but I feel the need to warn others about this service. We used Maid Brigade for over two years. Unfortunately, we had a lot of problems with them. The owner was very nice and always tried to remedy the issues. Things would get better for a little while and then the same problems would come up again. They are inconsistent- sometimes...
