We have hired a regular cleaner for our Vancouver apartment for years. We made a decision to try Maid Brigade and I'm so impressed. They did a better job cleaning our apartment the first try then anyone else has ever done. They were polite, professional and very thorough. I highly recommend the company and especially Moji and Jacquelin.
UPDATE! I was contacted by the manager of Maid Brigade after the review I made (below). He could have just deleted my negative review, but instead, he did a total review of the communication regarding the service they provided me. I was in need of an emergency move out clean. I took a chance on Maid Brigade and was not disappointed. The customer service person Sunny, was very helpful and informative. I called on a Monday and that Wednesday they were there, impressive!! The two ladies that cleaned the unit, Christie and Sibi did such an amazing job! I highly recommend them and will use them for further cleaning needs. Thank you Maid Brigade.
The ladies at maid brigade are excellent! They exceed my expectations every time. There are certain places I look to see if they cleaned after they leave and I’m always surprised to find it spotless! Always on time and the most kindest and hardworking ladies I know. Sunny is always great with communication and tries to work around my schedule. Highly recommend maidbrigade!
