Yes I was on the road with my 4 week old granddaughter while one of their cars was driving down North Tarrant Parkway the two women in there were so busy talking on their phone and sucking the food off of their fingers that they had been eating that he almost ran into my car on at least 3 different times yeah I don't think I would want somebody who would be that careless on the road in charge...
